According to the Dungeon Master, the Soldiers table is for adventurers who are drawn to a classically intense battle-oriented narrative style where peaceful solutions are scarce.
Initially, characters like the reluctant priest the cleric might appear out of place, but the developments of episode 3 make it clear why these particular heroes are ideally matched for the warrior group.

A former ally of the deceased character—whose death started the campaign’s events—manipulated the enemy for his selfish purposes, breaking into Thjazi’s hideout, attacking Thimble, and stealing all the enchanted items to auction.
The traitor then cleared his debts and escaped to a fortified location in the northern region, north of the city, with Cyd pursuing him.

- The agile hero, as the close ally and trusted friend, desires vengeance.
- The knowledgeable figure is familiar with the region and cautions that it is a dangerous environment.
- The strong character and The healer, having disobeyed his house’s orders to execute Teor and instead rescued him, have no safe haven.
- But, their status as important members in the powerful family could assist the team access places they usually can’t.
- Furthermore, The grateful character vowed a unbreakable promise to Wicander for his salvation and will now go with him wherever.
